  1. . Review and Approval of Minutes from last meeting & Additions to the Agenda?


10:30 a.m. Guest Speaker: Bill Carnazzo, ( Foresthill resident, retired attorney, and experienced fly fishing guide on some of the finer trout streams in Northern California, including the Upper American River) will be sharing his experiences with photos in our watershed and why he feels that the populations of bugs (that are so important to our wild trout fishery) may be on the decline. He is also one of those interested people willing to invest their time and energies in the Upper American River Foundation.

1) Watershed Assessment (CABY, Sediment Risk Study, Auburn Dam, ASRA General Plan)

2) Fuel Reduction and Forest Management

5) Fisheries – what do we know about them? What can we do to learn more?

6) Mining – (Lidar & Abandoned mines, Commercial and Recreational mining, Mercury handling?)

7) Off Road Vehicles, Mountain Bikes & Horses: Rubicon Trail Master Plan EIR/EIS

8) Grazing

9) FERC Relicensing (MFAR-PWCA & UARF-SMUD)

10) Invasive Species
